By downloading, accessing, or using the Warrior mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use or access the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between V2W LLC, doing business as (“DBA”) Victim to Warrior Method (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”).
The Warrior App is an educational and empowerment platform designed to support survivors of narcissistic abuse and individuals seeking recovery, growth, and resilience. Subscribers receive access to a growing library of educational and self-development resources, including but not limited to:
• Empowerment and healing videos
• Guided journaling exercises
• Mini-courses and reflection materials
• Affirmations, articles, and community updates
V2W LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove content at any time as part of ongoing platform improvement and development. The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice.
The App operates on a monthly subscription model.
• Subscriptions are billed each month automatically through your chosen app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Active subscribers receive a 10% discount on all Victim to Warrior Method services and products, including but not limited to:
• Private and group coaching sessions
• Recovery and empowerment programs
• Financial education series
• Digital resources and materials
Discounts are non-transferable and valid only while your subscription is active. Books, journals, and other materials sold through third-party retailers (including Amazon) are not eligible for discounts, as pricing and sales are controlled by those platforms and not by V2W LLC.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By using the App, you consent to our collection and processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
V2W LLC values your privacy and takes appropriate measures to protect your information.
• We collect and store your name and email for the purpose of providing access to app content and communications.
• Personal reflections, journal entries, or communication data are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
• We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, but we voluntarily maintain HIPAA-aligned data protection practices to safeguard user information.
• The App is not intended for the transmission or storage of clinical health records or diagnostic information. For full details on how we handle user data, please review our Privacy Policy.
All content within the Warrior App, including videos, exercises, live sessions, and written materials, is for educational and self-development purposes only.
• V2W LLC, its founders, and its coaches are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals.
• The App and its materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
• You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical, emotional, or mental health concerns. If you are in crisis or require emergency assistance, contact 911 (U.S.) or a local emergency number immediately.
All content within the App, including logos, text, videos, graphics, and downloadable materials, are the intellectual property of V2W LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the App’s content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Post or transmit any abusive, threatening, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its systems. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• V2W LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
• The App is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your use of the App and its materials is at your own discretion and risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless V2W LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
V2W LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the App. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, USA, unless otherwise required by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
